Section 8 of your grant contract requires that you acknowledge RAC's financial support in all printed and broadcast promotion, publicity, advertising and printed programs with the following credit line: “With support from the Regional Arts Commission” and the logo.
CURRENT Grant Year - 2007-08 / FY07 (ending May 31, 2008)
All reports (Revised Budget & Program Description, Invoices, Final Report) are different phases of your application on the eGRANT website.
- Final Report must be submitted with your final Invoice. New Extended Deadline - Thursday, July 31, 2008.
UPCOMING Grant Year - 2008-09 / FY08 (ending May 31, 2009)
NOTE: You must complete all reports for the FY07 Grant Year (June 2007 to May 2008) before invoicing for the FY08 grant year (June 2008 to May 2009).

- All forms must be submitted electronically, and printed, signed and mailed to the RAC office.
- Revised Budget & Program Description - due Thursday, July 31, 2008
- Invoice form
- Advance payment - you may request up to 25% of your grant award in advance of your program if you have specific bills to pay (e.g. printing, advance contract fees, etc.)
- No request may exceed two-thirds of the cash expenses you have incurred to the date of the invoice.
- Partial payment - you may request up to 90% of your grant before you complete your Final Report
- Final Report must be submitted with your final Invoice
