Facility Rentals

The four-story facility features large, flexible space designed to accommodate both administrative and artistic needs, including board rooms, workshop, meeting and classroom space, a rehearsal and performance studio, and gallery. The facility is available to nonprofit and corporate organizations, as well as to individuals for social events.

First Floor

Campaign Rally in the Studio

  • The street-level GALLERY (32’ x 25’) features dramatic 12-foot glass doors that open onto the sidewalk, providing a wonderful setting for receptions and special events and allowing a full view of current exhibits for passersby. The Gallery is committed to exhibiting the work of local artists and fostering opportunities for curators in the St. Louis area.

  • The large STUDIO (50’ x 34’) is ideal for performances, receptions and other special events as it can accommodate up to 200 people. While this space will predominantly be used for performances and rehearsals, it is also available for private functions.

  • Additional features include a RECEPTION AREA located outside The Gallery and Rehearsal Studio that can be used for small gatherings. Future plans include the installation of a large community board and rack system for showcasing season brochures, event information, and other collateral materials from the local art community.

  • CONFERENCE ROOM A (29’ x 25’) is ideal for board meetings, organizational retreats, presentations, and other meeting needs for groups of up to 25. This large corner room features a 14’ circular table, 20 executive chairs and built-in credenza.

  • CONFERENCE ROOM B (22’ x 32’) is perfect for classroom set-up or small presentations as this space can accommodate workstations and kiosks to meet the needs of various workshops with up to 45 participants.

  • CONFERENCE ROOM C & D (28’ x 47’) is designed to accommodate larger groups, including seminars, lectures and receptions with up to 150 people.

  • Additional features include a CATERING KITCHEN and BUFFET SERVING COUNTER.


Fourth Floor

Rooftop patio

  • The ROOFTOP TERRACE (32’ x 19’) is ideal for small, post-event receptions or other special occasions; this space offers a panoramic urban view of the Delmar Loop and beyond.
